Sometimes the TV gods smile on you. That's what happened to local TV reporter Doug Brauner in Sacramento, Calif., on Thursday. While he was doing a segment on crosswalk safety, a man blew through a red light, came close to the reporter, was pulled over, and then eventually arrested for drunk driving.
