Rapper Ice-T on Limbaugh's Praise of His 'Tyranny' Gun Rights Comments: 'Racist Piece of Sh-t
July 25, 2012
"Impressed I knew the word 'tyranny.'"
Rush Limbaugh on Tuesday praised rapper Ice-T for knowing the meaning of the word "tyranny" -- and Ice-T called him a "racist piece of sh-t" for it.
Limbaugh had been commenting on the rapper and actor's recent remarks defending gun rights in the wake of the Aurora, Colo. shooting, calling the right to bear arms "the last form of defense against tyranny."
"He knew the word ‘tyranny,’” Limbaugh said on his radio program. "And he knows that tyranny comes from government representatives. Double impressive.”
On Tuesday night, Ice-T took to Twitter to respond to Limbaugh, posting: "Rush Limbaugh said he was impressed I knew the word 'tyranny'... He's a racist piece of sh-t." He followed that up with a link to a website featuring the "Top 10 Racist Limbaugh Quotes."
