Poll: Obama's approval rating takes a dip

The latest Gallup presidential tracking poll has President Barack Obama's approval rating taking a dip this week down to just 43%. Meanwhile, the percentage of Americans who disapprove of the president's job performance has inched upward to 51% -- up 3 points since last week.
