The Best Domino-Toppling Video You'll Probably Ever See

In July, the world's longest domino wall and a 3D pyramid with the highest density of bricks were erected in a "Journey Around the World" domino quest to claim two Guinness titles.

The team from Sinners Domino Production used 31,405 dominoes on its 98-foot-5-inch wall. The pyramid used 13,486 dominoes. These are just two features though in the 128,000 brick project.

All was constructed in the Wilhelm-Lückert Gymnasium in Büdingen, Germany. But with dominoes, no matter how long or painstakingly the tiles are put into place, what goes up, must get knocked down.

With the theme "Falling Into the Past: Journey Around the World," the dominoes were set up in ways to represent different countries and their history. Some of the different structures built included a ying & yang symbol, Nelson Mandela and the Colosseum.

Check out the video (Note: It is well worth holding out to 6:40 when they accomplish an impressive task):

According to Sinners Domino Production's Facebook page (via Google Translate), two records were confirmed by Guinness from the July 6 event. These were for longest domino wall and most dominoes toppled in a 3D pyramid.

On Facebook they also report knocking over 127,141 dominoes, about 97.87 percent of all the tiles set up. The outline of the Tower Bridge model and some other small stacks were not toppled properly.

After watching this, one has to ask, did they do a practice round and set the whole thing back up again?
