Romney's speech to lay out 'why he wants to be president,' senior strategist says

Stuart Stevens, senior strategist on the Mitt Romney campaign, told reporters in Tampa on Tuesday what to expect from Romney's speech when he accepts the party's nomination for president.
From the AP:
Stevens says it will be about "why he wants to be president and what his presidency would look like."
Romney is set to deliver his speech on on Thursday in the 10 p.m. hour.
