He's not done yet': Campaign says 'incomplete' is perfect grade for Obama

When asked to grade his job performance in office, President Barack Obama gave himself an "incomplete." While many voters (and Paul Ryan) may disagree with his assessment, deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter defended the grade, insisting, "He's not done yet."
