Occupier Wanted for Raping Woman, Throwing Her Off Second-Story Park Railing

Police have identified an Occupy Wall Street member as the man who raped a 56-year-old woman in New York City before throwing her off a second story park railing, the New York Daily News reports.

The man, 44-year-old Jackie Barcliff, is said to have lured his victim, a fellow protester, to an area in Lower Manhattan with promises of getting drunk or high. Once there, the Daily News reports, he forcibly removed her pants, raped her, and then threw her off the railing. She tumbled 20 feet and broker her arm and pelvis.

This isn't the first time the alleged attacker has had a run-in with police. The Daily News has more:

Barcliff was arrested for assault and resisting arrest during a protest at Liberty Plaza in Manhattan in December, police said. In that case, Barcliff tried to escape after officers had taken him into custody.

We tracked down video of Barcliff confronting police at Zucotti Park in November and getting arrested. You can watch that encounter below starting at 2:19. Ironically, he solicits a donation from the cameraman in order to be combative with officers [CONTENT WARNING FOR LANGUAGE]:
