If there was one thing more annoying during last night's debate than Vice President Joe Biden's constant smirking, it was Joe Biden's constant interrupting. By most counts, the vice president interrupted GOP challenger Paul Ryan 90+ times during the 90-minute debate. What's worse, the debate moderator also cut Ryan's remarks short more than a couple dozen times.
