It is unclear whether Vice President Joe Biden was just really happy during Thursday night's debate against his Republican rival Paul Ryan or if he really finds things like a nuclear Iran and the terrorist attack at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi particularly amusing.
Either way, many argue Biden's frequent smiling and chuckling overshadowed his debate performance. The smirk-a-thon lead the Daily Beast to dub Thursday night "The Night of 53 Smiles for Joe Biden."
