During the final presidential debate on Monday night, President Barack Obama took exception with Mitt Romney's use of the phrase "apology tour," referring to his trip to various foreign nations early in his first term.
"This has been, probably the biggest whopper that has been told in the course of this campaign," Obama said during the debate.
Is the president right? Was Romney out of line to use that phrase?
