In a segment on GOP Senate Candidate Richard Murdock's recent rape comments, MSNBC's Martin Bashir today shed light on an issue often never ignored.
"Can I just say for the sake of our viewers, rape is a horrifying crime," Bashir said. He went on to ask a guest on his show, "Is it not a horrifying crime?"
Not to spoil anything but the guest agreed that it is a horrible crime.
During a debate yesterday in Indiana, Murdock said that "even when life begins in that horrible situation of rape, that it is something that god intended to happen."
