Babies for Obama'? Really?

The Obama campaign Tweeted out this message earlier today without any hint of irony:

Just a couple of months earlier and this little nugget could've been aborted by her momma -- a "right" Obama insists for women to take advantage of, including through a controversial partial-birth procedure. And if by some miracle this precious baby survived a late-term labor-induced abortion, the candidate she and her mother now support has repeatedly opposed any efforts to define the surviving infant as a human being with the right to live. Defending such life, Obama has admitted, is "above his pay grade."
