At 10-feet tall, weighing in at 600 pounds and lobbing 100 t-shirts per minute, "Big Bella" is a T-shirt cannon second to none.

Philadelphia's 76ers unveiled the giant schwag-slinging machine Wednesday just a few hours before their NBA season opener. It is said to be the "world's largest T-shirt cannon."

Sixer's Twitter announcement of Big Bella.

According to Philly.com, the Sixers' press release stated that Big Bella should be able to reach the upper level seats in the Wells Fargo Center. The machine was made the Wisconsin-based company FX in Motion.

Below are a couple screenshots of Big Bella in action, but be sure to check out the video here.

Not that Big Bella helped the Sixers intimidate their way to a win or anything, but it couldn't have hurt Wednesday night. The Sixers beat Denver 84-75. But more than that, some fans might consider the behemoth T-shirt shooter a point of pride. Take Caity who wrote on Gawker that "Philadelphia has been waiting for this day for decades." She calls Bella the "dream come true" for all of Philly and the nightmare of all T-shirt cannon haters.
