Harry Reid: We've already cut spending!

Harry Reid: We've already cut spending!

President Obama may be running annual trillion-dollar deficits at this point, but Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid thinks the demands to cut spending are a bit too short-sighted. After all, they've already cut $1 billion in spending:

“Now remember, we’ve already done more than a billion dollars worth of cuts. We’ve already done that. So we need to get some credit for that,” Reid told the press Wednesday.

Gateway Pundit points out that Reid's bragging rights are based on cutting  a whopping .09% of the annual deficit.
