A Georgia woman says she found a nose ring in her 4-year-old daughter's McDonald's breakfast.

Frances Rosario of Gwinnett County told WGCL-TV she ordered two breakfast burritos Wednesday morning, but one of them contained a little something extra.

"I turned it and I saw there's a piece of jewelery sticking out," Rosario told the station. "I said 'what the heck is this?'"

Further inspection revealed it to be a nose ring -- which she said was nearly consumed by her young daughter, Nevaeh.

"My concern was that if something happened and she had swallowed it," Rosario said.

Making matters worse, Rosario said she couldn't even get a straight answer from McDonald's management about how it happened.

"The supervisor gets on the phone and says, 'Well, I don't know what to tell you,'" she said. When she asked for another manager to contact, she said she was told, "it's none of your business."

WGCL was similarly unable to speak with a McDonald's representative about the incident.
