Barack Obama is kind of a big deal

Key words: kind of.

While his inauguration four years ago drew record crowds to D.C., President Obama's waning popularity these days means there's a lot less interest in attending in 2013.  And while witnessing the the inauguration of an American president may rank highly on many peoples' bucket list, Buzzfeed notes that seeing Beyonce in concert apparently ranks higher.

Between his lackluster record and D.C.'s frigid weather, President Obama should thank his lucky stars that Hollywood star power can still draw out a decent crowd:
