A new Rasmussen survey shows that nearly six out of 10 voters (58%) say they plan to watch at least some of President Obama's second inauguration as it happens live.
Forty-one percent don't plan on watching. The remaining 1 percent... presumably they're still debating on whether they want to catch up on Real Houswives re-runs.
