Jillian Pavlica, a news anchor for WZDX-TV in Huntsville, Ala., this weekend got the surprise of her life when her boyfriend proposed to her live on the air. Pavlica thought she was bringing the station's audience some "breaking news" but she was really setting the stage for her marriage proposal.
"We've got breaking news to share with you tonight," she said, reading from the teleprompter. "FOX54 has just learned that a Huntsville news anchor is being proposed to on live TV right now."
Once she made it to the word "proposed," Pavlica began putting the pieces together. Then her boyfriend, Vince, made his way to the set and got on bended knee to ask her the big question.
And she said "yes."
