But, as Whole Foods CEO John Mackey tells Reason.TV, capitalism is about so much more, including equality and progress -- two ideas progressives love to talk about, but often fail to relate to free markets.
In this interview with Reason's Nick Gillespie, Mackey discusses his book "Conscious Capitalism," the success of Whole Foods despite the burden of government and the "heroic spirit of business." It's about 45 minutes long, but if you have the time, it's definitely worth a watch:
