The Truth About Benghazi Continues to Trickle Out Slowly -- Here's What We Know Now

On the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, the U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, Libya was attacked by Islamic militants -- some of which have been identified as al-Qaeda. The attack claimed the lives of four American citizens including the a U.S. ambassador, State Department employee and two former Navy SEALs. 

While the administration initially claimed the catalyst for the onslaught was a low-budget YouTube video critical of Islam, the truth has slowly come to light. What has emerged is a twisted web that in no small way, portrays the Obama administration in a negative light.

On his Monday evening broadcast, Beck took time to review both the political spin, and truth about those very attacks. Some of that spin included President Obama condemning the Youtube video after the attack, calling it a "terribly offensive video."

"My question to you is--the media will bury as much of it as we can-- but even then, do the people or the press, do they even care if it does all come out," Beck said. "Vigilance."
