House Speaker John Boehner made no secret about where he stands on the still-evolving scandal of the Internal Revenue Service targeting conservative groups: he wants those responsible behind bars.

“My question isn’t about who’s going to have to resign,” Boehner said during a news conference Wednesday. "My question is, who's going to jail over this scandal?"
