F**k Bill Clinton': Teen Singer Justin Bieber Caught on Camera Peeing in Mop Bucket and Yelling About Former Prez

Well, it appears that Canadian teen heartthrob Justin Bieber doesn't completely understand the concept of using the restroom.

Yep, this is a video of Bieber peeing into a mop bucket and yelling “F**k Bill Clinton!” for no apparent reason:

“The clip was shot in NYC earlier this year -- we're told Bieber and his idiotic friends were leaving some nightclub, exiting through a restaurant kitchen, and Bieber decided he needed to take a leak,” TMZ reports.

And interestingly enough, the video also includes reference to drinking -- but Bieber is only 19-years-old.

EXIT QUESTION -- Which is more shameful: The kid's struggle with public decency or his awful, awful pants?
