Were Benghazi witnesses forced to sign non-disclosure agreements?

That's the claim today from Republican Rep. Frank Wolf.

The Virginia congressman took the House floor this week to comment on the ongoing investigation into the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack on American diplomatic personnel in Benghazi, Libya. During his remarks, Rep. Wolf noted that his office had received reports that survivors of the attack that killed four Americans have been asked or directed to sign non-disclosure forms to prevent them from discussing details of the event:

Rep. Wolf has proposed H. Res. 36, a measure that would establish a Select Committee to investigate the Benghazi attacks -- a move supported by fellow House GOP Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas.

“Congressman Wolf has fearlessly led the fight for justice on this issue. The whole nation owes Congressman Wolf a deep debt of gratitude,” Stockman said in a statement Wednesday. “Some House Democrats now appear to be openly interfering with the investigation and intimidating witnesses, which only raises more questions about the White House’s involvement.”

“The only way we’re going to get a clean and thorough investigation is by forcing a vote with a discharge petition,” Stockman added.
