Woman Freaks Out on Apple Store Employee (and Her Baby's Stroller) After Showing Up Without Appointment

Some people say Americans are becoming too entitled in our instant gratification society.

"I was told by Apple Care that I could walk into a store and get the part!" the Apple customer in the video can be heard shouting, all while pounding on her baby's stroller.

Actress Porscha Coleman captured the video of the freakout on Vine and posted it for the rest of us to see.

Business Insider's Megan Rose Dickey explains why you shouldn't expect to stroll into an Apple Store and be taken care of immediately:
