File this under the category of things that are so wrong they are right. Or maybe it's an example of humor as a way of coping with things that are frightening, threatening or bizarre.
In any event, this thread on Twitter twists the whole notion of an Al Qaeda conference call and puts it into the mundane context of the kinds of calls that numb the minds of office workers around the world.
It apparently started with the following post (and is growing into a meme on Twitter with the hashtag #TerroristConferenceCalls):
