Every now and then you get a video of someone performing their job so well and with such efficiency, you just have to take a moment to appreciate it.

We think this is one of those moments.

The following video, posted to YouTube on Tuesday, begins simple enough: a shawarma vendor in the Crimea works with robot-like efficiency to prepare the popular cuisine. But a little more than halfway through the video, a machete is introduced into the mix.

Why? Because this machete-wielding chef is awesome.

And, yes, he is working to the theme song from Mortal Kombat:
