If You Are Going to Quit Your Job, This Is the Awesome Way to Do It

"We aren't allowing it anymore."

Three Journeys' employees reportedly quit their jobs in dramatic fashion recently, citing their boss' tendency to "swear" at and "abuse" workers. The viral photo of the group's resignation letter of sorts was first posted on Reddit Saturday.

The sign, left outside the Journeys' store reads:

"Since you decided to say 'cancer is not an excuse' and think that it's OK to swear at your employees like you do ALL the time…WE QUIT. This is why you can't keep a store manager longer than a year. You abuse your [role] and staff. Enjoy the fact that you lost a store manager, co-manager and key holder in the middle of back to school. Think next time you treat people the way you do.

We aren't allowing it anymore."

The note was signed, "Niki, Jess, TJ."

Journeys' director of corporate relations Claire McCall told the Huffington Post that they "take situations like this seriously and are currently investigating this issue." However, the company had no further comment.
