"Young people need health insurance."
The Department of Health and Human Services announced this week the “early bird winner" of its pro-Obamacare Healthy Young America contest.
The winning entry features Massachusetts college student Jason Girouard and a his poorly-dressed superhero alter ego.
Girouard won $1,500 for the following:
"Young people need health insurance," Girouard says. "Because even though we feel invincible, doesn't mean we are."
“HHS is awarding $30,000 in prizes for contestants in the video contest. The final deadline for the contest is Sept. 23,” the Washington Examiner’s Charlie Spiering reports.
