Democrats' new political ad is 30 seconds of a baby crying

The House Majority PAC unveiled this... uh, unique (?) political ad Friday, hoping to continue the administration's narrative of blame on Republicans for the ongoing government shutdown.

According to the Washington Post, the liberal super PAC plans to run the ad against nine House Republicans: Reps. Gary Miller (Calif.), Mike Coffman (Colo.), Rodney Davis (Ill.), Mike Fitzpatrick (Pa.), Mike Grimm (N.Y.), Joe Heck (Nev.), John Kline (Minn.) and Steve Southerland (Fla.), and David Joyce (Ohio) -- seen here:
