Tuesday, as Obamacare rolled out and myriad problems were reported by people attempting to enroll, President Obama addressed the issues from the White House Rose Garden. The O-Pad sketch is slated to be part of this weekend's new episode of The B.S. of A. - but we've got it for you here.
