Video: Shoeless Woman's Angry Rampage Against a Pizza Store Clerk Is Surprisingly the Least of Her Worries

"She called my phone and was being smart to me, and I was already upset and she didn't seem to care."

Usually if a video showing a shoeless woman brazenly attacking a pizza store clerk, that would probably the worst news of the week for said woman. Not for Mary Jones in Millersville, Pa. It's what happened before she went on a public rampage that could have her in the most trouble.

See, Jones' attack on an employee at Two Cousins Pizza was actually just a reaction to an incident that happened earlier in the day. That incident? Jones' pit bull viciously attacked her 5-year-old niece after she left the dog alone with the girl and three other children (despite apparently being warned the dog was not safe for children). She's now facing charges for that.

Despite ignoring the warnings from the owner about the dog, Jones decided she wanted to confront the woman who sold it to her. On her way home from bringing her niece to the hospital, that's when she stopped at the pizza joint. Shoeless.

"She called my phone and was being smart to me, and I was already upset and she didn't seem to care," Jones told WGAL-TV about the woman she attacked. "And didn't ask me anything about my niece – so, yeah I was mad." She took that anger out on the woman's face:

Luckily for the victim, a police officer dining at the restaurant stepped in to halt the attack. Jones was charged with simple assault.
