NPR covers woman who 'expects' to enjoy Obamacare

From an NPR story published Tuesday, headlined "In Colorado, A Couple Finds Relief In Obamacare":

There's plenty of criticism of the Affordable Care Act and how it's being implemented.

But let's introduce you to someone who is quite pleased with her Obamacare experience: Lela Petersen of Flagler, Colo. She's a small business owner with a very big health insurance bill.

"Quite pleased." And then:

[S]he's signed up and her new, cheaper, policy will take effect on January first.

Petersen hasn't even seen any benefits from enrolling under a new plan. According to NPR, she simply "expects" to save about half the money she's paying under her current plan (close to $1,000). That's hardly nothing. But is Petersen already "quite pleased"?
