Woman Who Has Been Arrested 117 Times Reportedly Told Judge She Had This Hidden in Her Bra

A Tennessee woman who has been arrested an astounding 117 times found herself in court days ago, this time saying she was high on crack cocaine and even had a hidden lighter and two rocks in her bra.

Theresa Little of Memphis is accused of a litany of crimes, including shoplifting, driving with suspended licenses and car theft, according to WREG-TV.

The woman is reportedly accused of shoplifting from several stores in the area, including a wig shop and dollar store.

"She needs to have some treatment and some aftercare and counseling," Anthony Sledge, who operates a program to help people like Little, told WREG.

“If you don’t give nurturing they’re going to do the same thing,” he added.
