In his latest Afterburner, Bill Whittle explains the latest phenomenon sweeping youth athletics, "Silent Saturday" -- games designated as quiet time for young players to enjoy without the stress of competition or pressure from parents and coaches.

Yep, along with participation trophies, this is apparently a thing now.
