Palin, O'Reilly back on good terms

Fox News's Bill O'Reilly back in November said former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palinwon't appear on his show "because she doesn't want to mix it up."

She must now want to mix it up.

Palin appeared on O'Reilly's show Thursday to talk about about the Tea Party faction of the Republican Party, her new Christmas book and Martin Bashir's resignation from MSNBC.

"Are you happy he's gone?" O'Reilly asked Palin of Bashir.

"I never watched him before," she replied.
