Glenn Beck, who owns TheBlaze, announced in 2010 that he has a vision disorder called macular distrophy.
But that doesn't explain this:

One of our readers alerted us to this eyeball phenomenon from Beck's appearance on Fox News Tuesday. "I felt like I was watching a horror movie and at any minute Glenn was going to start howling at the moon," the reader remarked.
So what happened?
It appears it was just a glitch with the Fox News online video player.
The effect happened four different times during the clip. But anyone who viewed the segment live on TV or on another web player didn't see the same issue.
At the time of this post's publication, Beck had not turned into a werewolf.
