On Wednesday’s episode of “Wheel of Fortune,” a contestant named Emil surprised everyone when he somehow guessed the “Bonus Puzzle” knowing just two letters.
After a total of zero of his guessed letters showed up on the board, Emil had to take a shot in the dark.
“New baby buggy,” the contestant said.
Host Pat Sajak, like the entire audience, was stunned to learn the answer was correct. He just stood there for a moment with a puzzled look on his face. He then jokingly patted down Emil to make sure he hadn’t cheated.
With his wild guess, Emil pocketed $45,000.
