What a Crazed Man Did After Climbing Atop an SUV Stunned Drivers & Landed Him Behind Bars

A crazed Delaware man was arrested this week after climbing atop an SUV, stripping naked and taunting police.

The Monday incident was caught on camera and shows the deranged man jumping on the vehicle as cars honk their horns and the vehicle's owner screams for him to get off her SUV.

Wilmington police told WCAU-TV that they believe Darren Staats, 28, was high on PCP during the afternoon incident.

After authorities arrived on the scene, they ordered the 28-year-old down from the car. He refused, taunting police by stripping naked.

Eventually authorities were able to pull Staats down from the car and arrest him. He was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, WCAU-TV reported.
