This stunt has them in court.

Three BASE jumpers are set to be arraigned in court for leaping from New York City’s Freedom Tower last month. On Monday night, the stunning video footage of the stunt that got them in trouble with the law was released.

The thrill-seekers, identified as James Brady, Andrew Rossig and Marko Markovich, turned themselves in on Monday for their involvement in the Sept. 30 BASE jump off the 1,776-foot-tall building.

“The jumpers’ lawyer said that any money that came in from ads on YouTube would be donated to charity,” The New York Post reports.
