Initially, the ladies, An, 72, and Ria, 78, tell their stories independent of each other. Neither woman had ever flown on an airplane, but their reasons for not flying were 180 degrees apart.

An was afraid of flying, and while her husband longed to see the world, she just could not get past her fears.

Ria, wanted to fly away for a vacation, but her late husband was the one with the fear of flying.

Before they took to the skies, An required a little pre-flight training with a flight simulator and a counselor who would help ease her fears.

As far as first plane trips were concerned, Vodaphone delivered a first class experience. The ladies, with cameras covering every moment of the trip, flew on a private jet to Barcelona, Spain.

Once they were in the air, fears turned to excitement.

At one point, a curious Ria found herself in the cockpit asking questions of the crew.

When they arrived in Barcelona, Spain, the ladies shared some powerful emotions of what this experience meant to them. They also wandered down to the beach where an overly eager Ria ended up pulling both of the women into the ocean.
