Police in Louisiana booked three men into jail on charges related to their sagging pants.

According to KLFY-TV, Eunice police received a complaint that the three men were walking on a public street wearing pants below their waists.

When officers arrived, they detected the smell of marijuana and advised the individuals they were going to be searched.

One of the suspects, Gujuan Freeman, 18, fled on foot. He was later taken into custody and charged with resisting an officer and obstruction of public passage, KLFY reported. He was also charged for wearing his pants below his waist in public.

Shaiheem Mitchell, 21, and Devacques Senegal, 19, were also charged for wearing sagging pants.

All three have since released on bail, according to KLFY.
