Anything can happen on live TV. On Wednesday, one reporter learned that firsthand while covering a wildfire in Los Angeles.
KTLA-TV reporter Courtney Friel — formerly of Fox News — appeared quite surprised when a shirtless man carrying a dog asked her out during a live shot.
"Wow, you're super pretty," the unidentified man told her. "Do you want to go on a date some time."
"You're on air live right now on KTLA," Friel quickly responded.
She later turned to Twitter to poke fun at what had happened.
Wonder where he would have taken me on a date? #ShirtlessDudeAsksMeOutOnliveTV http://t.co/D4nVPgFdnV
