Obama & Biden Go Out for a Burger, But It's Unlikely They Knew This Tiny Detail About Their Chosen Restaurant's Past

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden hit up a local Washington, D.C. Shake Shack for lunch Friday.

Seemingly celebrating National Burger Month, the duo ventured out to the fast-food restaurant's location in Dupont Circle.

But, it's likely they were unaware of one tiny detail about that specific location's past.

As WUSA-TV reporter Russ Ptacek pointed out on Twitter, that location had previously been suspended by the D.C. Health Department for a water violation.

Further, Ptacek noted that a recent inspection had found mold on beer lines and inside the fridge, food at risky temperatures and problems associated with the restaurant's plumbing.

Perhaps, the president won't be visiting that particular Shake Shack again.
