Which Is More Pathetic — Video of Drunk Guy Falling on His Face or the Massive Mess Left by Pittsburgh Concert Fans?

Country music fans showed up in full force for the Luke Bryan concert at Heinz Field Saturday, riding in on an ocean of beer and leaving seas of garbage in their wake.

A Pittsburgh police spokeswoman told WPXI-TV that 37 people received non-traffic citations for such offenses as scalping and public urination, and seven people were arrested on such charges as aggravated assault and public intoxication.

The spokeswoman said roughly 15 fights broke out in the parking lot, while more than 100 calls to 911 were made for police and medical services.

City officials were better prepared for the tailgating than they had been in years past, WPXI-TV reported, handing out garbage bags to concert attendees.

The venue had a slew of new rules aimed at reducing the concert's impact, including bans on glass containers and tents.

The venue also banned limousines, though it's unclear how many Luke Bryan fans wanted to tailgate from a limo.

Despite the mess, concertgoers told WPXI-TV that the event was less rowdy than last year's Kenny Chesney concert, which saw 73 arrest or citations, 150 people treated by paramedics and up to 60,000 pounds of trash left behind.

“This has all the excitement and fanfare of a Steelers playoff game, but there's nothing on the line, no final score to worry about,” said concertgoer Michelle Pavlik. “It's really just a lot of rednecks listening to music and having a good time.”
