"Forcibly stole."
Inflation may be eating away at the value of the dollar, but one Pennsylvania man apparently did not get that memo — or else he was really hard up for cash.

Charlie Phelps, 21, of Broomall, Pennsylvania, was arrested in Albany, New York, on Friday after he allegedly robbed a woman while brandishing a weapon, WTEN-TV reported.
The weapon: a hypodermic needle.
The stolen cash: 10 cents.
According to police, a woman reported that a man had approached her demanding money and displaying a hypodermic needle.
After he "forcibly stole" 10 cents from her, he fled, but he was quickly tracked down by police and arrested without incident.
WTEN reported that Phelps was jailed and charged with robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
