Here's the Gay Sex Joke That Allegedly Had President Obama Fist-Bumping

"Equal rights for gay people!"

When President Barack Obama visited Franklin Barbecue, a noted eatery in Austin, Texas, he gave a cashier a fist bump — but it's the purported reason he delivered the gesture that's making headlines.

According to Daniel Rugg Webb, a part-time cashier who is also a comedian, it was a gay sex joke he uttered that sparked the fist-bump.

Webb told the Austin Chronicle that he slapped his hand on the counter dramatically when Obama approached and proclaimed, "Equal rights for gay people!"

He said Obama then asked if Webb is gay and when the cashier responded, "Only when I have sex," the president laughed and said, "Bump me."

Webb found the entire scenario comical.

"I do stand-up, so it was nice to have some interaction based on, hopefully, something funny," he told the Chronicle. "If Rick Perry would've walked in, I would have lost my job. I would've taken that old queen to town."
