It’s No Mystery Why CNN Reporter Quickly Deleted Her Jaw-Dropping Tweet About Group of Israelis

Did she really say that?

CNN international correspondent Diana Magnay called a group Israelis “scum” Thursday as she says the group was cheering as Israel continued its aggressive action against Gaza.

“Israelis on hill above Sderot cheer as bombs land on #gaza; threaten to 'destroy our car if I say a word wrong’. Scum,” Magnay tweeted. She quickly deleted the controversial post.

The CNN reporter has been silent on Twitter ever since.

The Washington Examiner’s Becket Adams captured a screengrab of Magnay’s tweet before she deleted it:

As TheBlaze reported on Thursday, the Israeli military launched a ground offensive in Gaza on Thursday night, signaling a “new phase of Operation Protective Edge.”

“Our goal is to target Hamas’ tunnels that enable terrorists to infiltrate Israel and carry out attacks. This requires precise operations,” an Israel Defense Forces spokesman said in a statement.

Hamas and other terrorist groups in Gaza have fired more than 1,300 rockets on Israel since last Tuesday.
