He Meant to Tweet a Photo Related to New Education Initiative — Instead, Delaware Governor Ended Up Apologizing for This

Someone is in trouble...
Delaware Gov. Jack Markell (D) apologized on Thursday after he — or whoever is running his account — accidentally tweeted a photo of a blonde woman wearing what appears to be bondage wear.

Markell later tweeted an apology to “anyone who was offended” and said his office is “looking into how this occurred.”
