A new lawsuit accuses actor Charlie Sheen of committing sexual assault last week while at the dentist's office, a celebrity gossip website reported Friday.
According to TMZ, Margarita Palestino alleges Sheen visited the dental office for a procedure that required nitrous oxide.

Palestino claims that when she placed the mask over Sheen's face he ripped it off, jumped out of his seat and yelled, "I'm going to f**king kill you!"
The woman then says Sheen grabbed her breast, pulled her scrubs and attempted to pull her bra strap down, TMZ reported.
According to Palestino, Sheen was "incoherent" and the dentist had told her he was high on crack cocaine.
Sheen has adamantly denied the charges, calling them absurd.
"This is a ridiculous claim by an opportunist looking to make her 15 minutes of fame and my client is confident he will prevail in this absurd lawsuit," his lawyer told TMZ.
