After a successful run with the Miami Heat, which fell one title short of an NBA Championship three-peat, LeBron James re-saddled this year with the Cleveland Cavaliers after being away from his old squad since the end of the 2010 season.

But James showed during Saturday's preseason game against the Heat that some on-court habits die hard.
Playing defense, James the Cavalier seemingly forgot for a moment who he'd suited up for, setting a pick against a fellow Cavalier for the Heat's Norris Cole, allowing his former teammate room to fire off a pass.
The Heat didn't score as a result of James' goof — and it's only a preseason game. But when the squads meet next time for real on Christmas Day, James may want to check for signs of Cole in his stocking.
